Intensives Speciality Programmes

  • Dive into the roots of the original Pilates method with our Fundamentals of Classical Pilates Intensives Programme, a group class series where we explore the foundational principles of the original form of Pilates as created by Joseph Pilates, while being introduced and challenged by the exercises that define Classical Pilates.   • A speciality group class merging Scoliosis-friendly exercises with the principles of the Schroth Method, designed to enhance mind-body awareness and strengthen core muscles for torso stabilisation and ideal posture. More Info.

  • This six-week programme is designed to relax, release, realign, and restore the abdominal wall and reduce the gap caused by Diastasis Recti. Specially made for mommies looking to regain strength and alignment after birth. More info.

Terms & Conditions for Our Trials and Packages

Trial and Packages:

  • Trial Private or Trial Group Class: To help you get started, each client is eligible for a one-time purchase, where you can choose between a private or group trial.

  • Kickstarter Package: This special one-time package can be purchased alongside a trial class to give your Pilates journey a great start. However, it is not valid for classes with our founder.

  • Pack of 10 (Private or Group) Packages: You’re welcome to purchase as many as you like—there’s no limit!

Validity Periods:

  • Trial Group or Private Class: Your trial class is valid for 1 week from the date of purchase—perfect for a quick start!

  • Kickstarter Package: Valid for 5 weeks, designed to get you into a consistent routine.

  • Pack of 10 (Private or Group) Packages: These are valid for 12 weeks from the date of purchase, giving you ample time to enjoy your sessions.

Friendly Reminders:

  • All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, so you can enjoy them personally.

  • Packages can’t be extended beyond their validity periods, unless with valid medical/emergency reasons, so we encourage you to plan your sessions accordingly.

  • By purchasing a package, you’re agreeing to our cancellation and rescheduling policies, designed to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
