We practise Classical Pilates as it was designed: a structured progression where each exercise prepares you for the next.

Our private and group classes are built with clear intention and teaching that is methodical. That structure is what allows the body to change in a way that lasts.

Our Classes

  • Personalised 1-on-1 Pilates sessions tailored to your lifestyle and dedication, with a flexible schedule designed to accommodate your needs. If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend you start with a few 1:1 sessions.

  • Join our small group classes for an intimate experience, with a maximum of five students per session. Enjoy the benefits of quality Pilates teaching in a supportive setting, providing an economical choice without compromising on attention to detail.

  • As the only Authorised Practitioner of Scolio-Pilates® in Singapore, we are proud to support individuals with scoliosis through our Pilates for Scoliosis Intensive Programme, private sessions tailored to your spine, or our Scolio-Pilates® Group Classes.

    As part of your journey with us, we will review your X-rays, explain your curve patterns, and guide you through targeted exercises to help manage pain and discomfort. Using a method grounded in core strength, breathwork and neuromuscular re-education, Scolio-Pilates® helps to rebalance the muscles surrounding the spine.

    Over time, this approach can lead to improved posture, reduced pain, and greater ease in daily movement.

  • Unlike regular classes, which vary in objectives each session, our intensives have a consistent focus throughout, ensuring dedicated progress towards a specific objective or skill. With a maximum capacity of five participants, these small group sessions run with a “theme” to focus on, and through different “intake”, to achieve focused learning and skill refinement in an intimate setting.
